Rádio Quântica – Satan Made Me Do It #14 x DECAYED [+tracklist]

2016 is coming to an end and stuff is getting more busted by the minute. Before we all rust in pieces here’s what is already one of our personal favorite Satan Made Me Do It shows ever, with guest appearance from legendary DECAYED no less. They got a new album a whole lotta stories to share. Make J.A., and Vulturius feel welcome. They sure made us feel like a million bucks.

Hell can wait.

Rádio Quântica – Satan Made Me Do It #13 x Disthrone [+tracklist]

We invited them, they said yes and didn’t disappoint! Hour one brims with heavy music of the cult-est kind carefully chosen by your friendly neighbors SATAN MADE ME DO IT. Hour two we welcome Carina Domingues and Daniel Pereira from crust punk/dbeat beasties Disthrone for a little chat and a lot of tunes – and not all of ze metal kind!

They just released their first EP, “Retaliação”, actually. So, make sure to support the band, will ya?

Episode 49 – Bad Character

Episode 49 – Bad Character (right click to download)

This is one proud, barbaric, dangerous dude of an episode. REALLY GOOD stuff.  Black/thrash nuggets from nine different countries. Some new stuff, some demo stuff, some obscure stuff from good times gone by. AND we have all the adjectives you would expect from such a show: perverted, thick, sick, impenetrable, vicious, revolting, cool, fresh, harsh, commendable, extraordinaire, sinister and, above all, relentless. So get in, get on, get off and listen like your life depended on it.

Episode 37 – Doomed Planet

Episode 37 – Doomed Planet (right click to download)

This one is a bit two sided. Yin and yang, light and shadow shit. Half black/thrash, half power/speed, apparently unable to get along, but in the end they came out as BFFs . Nothing planned, mind. It’s just we’ve been thinking about our next deejaying gig at VAGOS OPEN AIR festival – three nights, three different sets – and we’ll probably do something along these lines. Probably. Best way to find out: be there!

Episode 35 – Kingdom of Darkness

Episode 35 – Kingdom of Darkness (right click to download)

If Sauron had won this would be his go-to soundtrack. We can already picture the orcs dancing and subsequently bashing each other in the head to the sound of this fine selection of tunes. See, we don’t believe Middle Earth would be much into folk if the armies of Mordor won the war. We think a careful mixture of thrash, death and black would be much more successful.

Of course, if Sauron did win we would all be dead, or worse. But that’s another story.

We’re dedicating this one to the memory of Christopher Lee.

Episode 30 – Circus Freak

Episode 30 – Circus Freak (right click to download)

A crash course in general nuttiness. Yeah, that sums it up pretty well.

This is a pretty Frankenstein’s monster of an episode. The stiches are of high quality if we can say so ourselves, but we used a lot of different bodies to shape this one up. This could be more grotesque than some will be able to handle. That’s ok. You can close your eyes.

Break your chains!

Episode 12 – Horror Maximus

Episode 12 – Horror Maximus (right click to download)

Maybe it’s the heat messing up with our brains. We’re not entirely sure. The truth is we probably cooked up the most un-summerish episode possible for the time of the year (in this part of the world, that is). There’s funeral doom, more adequate for those grim winter nights; there’s necro black metal, which reminds us of anything except a relaxing afternoon at the beach… Things get pretty ugly this time around as you can probably guess by now. We had to honor this episode’s title after all. It’s called Horror Maximus, not Horror “Minimus”!

Get you black hood on, draw some inverted pentagrams and scare the hell out of your neighbors. All in the name of good ol’ Satan!

PLAY IT LOUD! More to come on August 22th.
